Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is highly important to me and is reserved especially for you. I do understand that clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. I respectfully ask at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

Unfortunately when an appointment is missed or cancelled without enough notice, I'm unable to fill that time with another client who is on my waiting list, and they miss the opportunity for an appointment. I appreciate appointments can be forgotten in our busy lives, so to help I will send you a confirmation text message 48hrs prior to your appointment.

A cancellation fee does apply for missed appointments and cancellations without 24hrs notice.

 - Less than 24hrs notice will incur a 50% charge of your reserved treatment amount.

 - 'No shows' will be charged 100% of your reserved treatment amount.

 - An appointment made within the 24hr period will require 5hrs notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the treatment booked. 


Child policy:

I appreciate it's not always easy to find childcare, so children are welcome (I do have WiFi!) but due to the sharp implements and chemicals, it is your complete responsibility to supervise your child. Unfortunately, food & drinks are not permitted in the treatment room due to health & safety of some of my treatments.
